This Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel your subscription to BotSpace and the implications of such cancellation.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your BotSpace subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation requests can be made via your account dashboard or by contacting support
  • Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle
  • You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing period

2. Effective Date of Cancellation

  • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No immediate termination will occur unless explicitly requested

If you wish to terminate access immediately, you may request this via support

3. Refunds on Cancellation

  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by our Refund Policy
  • No refunds will be issued for unused time within the billing cycle beyond the eligible refund window

4. Usage-Based Charges

Even after cancellation:

  • Any pending usage charges (AI resolutions, voice minutes, messaging costs, etc.) will be billed
  • Charges from third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp, SMS providers) will still apply

You are responsible for clearing all outstanding dues before account closure

5. Account Downgrade or Suspension

Upon cancellation:

  • Your account may be downgraded to a limited/free version (if available), or
  • Your access may be restricted after the billing period ends

BotSpace reserves the right to suspend or delete inactive accounts after a reasonable period

6. Data Retention & Deletion

After cancellation:

  • Your data will be retained for a limited period (e.g., 30–60 days)
  • You may request a data export during this period
  • After the retention window, data may be permanently deleted

7. Reactivation

  • You may reactivate your subscription at any time before account deletion
  • Reactivation may be subject to updated pricing and terms

  • Registered email ID
  • Account/Company name
  • Effective date of cancellation (if specific request)
