At BotSpace, we are committed to helping businesses grow using conversational AI. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Customers may request a refund within 30 days from the date of initial purchase or subscription activation.

To be eligible:

  • The request must be submitted within the 30-day window
  • The account must be in good standing
  • The request must be initiated by the account owner or an authorized representative

2. Scope of Refund

Refunds, if approved, will apply only to the platform subscription fees.

The following are non-refundable:

  • Usage-based charges (including AI resolutions, voice minutes, LLM usage, etc.)
  • Third-party fees (including WhatsApp, SMS, or other channel costs)
  • Setup, onboarding, or professional services once delivered

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date
  • Accounts that have significantly utilized the platform during the refund period
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms of Service

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation will stop future billing
  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining billing cycle after the 30-day window

5. Processing of Refunds

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Applicable payment processing fees may be deducted

6. Free Trials & Promotions

  • Refunds do not apply to free trials unless a payment has been made
  • If a trial converts to a paid plan, the 30-day refund period starts from the billing date
